Peasants Carry Ammunition etc for the Sengoku Jidai (Japanese Civil War)

I don't normally do very well with assembling multi-part figures, but these Japanese peasants from Zvezda came out okay. They are depicted carrying ammunition and other supplies for their samurai during the Sengoku Jidai period (Japanese Civil War; 1467-1615).

I have finished all the samurai I need for six factions, that can either join together into one huge army, or split up different ways to fight each other in a civil war. Still got about 50 or so ashigaru to do. Hoping I can get them done before the end of the year as I'm planning to run a campaign in the New Year. I'll have about 500 figures, plus a decent supply of buildings and other scenery, so hopefully I'll be able to get some good pics to upload once the fighting begins.

Anyway, pics depict the peasants coming into a village at the end of the day - it wasn't intentional, but the flash on the camera gave the pics a "sunset" look which I thought was kind of cool. :-)

My Hun General finally has a bodyguard

My Hun General (carrying the standard) finally has a bodyguard to help protect him.

Also, a few new Horse Archers for his army.
